Your custom poem will be carefully and lovingly created after you have provided your completed questionnaire. I'm curious about people, so sometimes I'll ask for some additional facts, but only to help me capture the essence of the person you're honoring and make the poem more meaningful. The turnaround time is quick - in most cases within 3 or 4 days of receiving all your details. And if you've waited till the eleventh hour to get your gift, rush service is available for an additional charge.
Depending on your needs, your budget, and the amount of time between when you place your order and the time you need the finished product, I have a variety of custom options available to make your poem picture perfect and suitable for framing!

As with any artistic endeavor, by ordering a custom work from MyCustomPoet.com, you are commissioning a work of art. Payment in full is required before I will begin your poem. Unless specifically requested by me, any additional information provided after receiving responses to your initial questionnaire may result in an additional charge.
Your satisfaction is very important to me. To that end, I will gladly make reasonable changes to your poem after you have received your first draft. Additional charges will be incurred for corrections necessitated due to incorrect or incomplete information provided to me, or for requests for substantial revisions or additions to your custom poem.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours or less. Thank you for understanding that because I begin investing my time and talents as soon as I receive your order, a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be provided after 24 hours.
Please note, the photographs above do not depict your finished product. While a variety of decorative paper choices are available at no additional charge, the My Custom Poet custom creations similar to those seen here are available for an additional charge. Your My Custom Poet purchase will be delivered electronically via e-mail, unless otherwise agreed. I will gladly mail the finished poem via regular U.S. Mail at no additional charge. International mail and express mail are available for an additional fee. In most instances, $25.00 for Express Mail is sufficient to cover the cost. However, if the cost for express mailing exceeds $25.00, the customer is responsible for payment in full in advance of the express mail delivery.
